The Best Western Eureka Inn telephone system is a Mitel SX 200 with call accounting and the phones all have data ports. In addition, the Best Western Eureka Inn has free high speed internet throughout.

The Best Western Eureka Inn’s commercial laundry is extra large and is equipped with 2 UniMac 50 pound washing machines, one 100 pound dryer, one 75 pound dryer and one 50 dryer. It has a separate utility and maintenance building.

 

The Best Western Eureka Inn is situated on approximately 5 acres of flat and very valuable land situated at the corner of US Highway 62 and Arkansas Highway 23 with ample auto and tour bus parking. It is conveniently located to downtown Historic Eureka Springs and the many popular Antique Stores. It is close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations and C Stores.  Popular Beaver Lake is a short distance away. 

Room demand generators include tourist, corporate, bus tours, travel agencies, Best Western reservations and state and federal employees. Approximately 41% of Room revenue is generated by tourists with corporate and commercial accounting for 10%, walk-ins 23%, tour operators 17% and travel agencies 9%.
