The original owner is
only selling to retire. The Best Western
Eureka Inn has been continuously and
meticulously maintained and updated to Best
Western Design requirements. The exterior of
the hotel is brick and there is a 52,000
gallon outdoor heated pool with a Cabana and
900 gallon Spa.
The guest room and suite mix consists of 2
Queen Suites with Jacuzzis, 19 Kings, 52
Double Queens, 4 Queens with refrigerators,
4 Queens, 1 ADA Queen with roll in shower
and 4 ADA Queens with transfer tubs. Five of

Approximately half of the rooms are exterior
corridors and half interior corridors. In

heat and cool the rooms and there are 4 ice
machines consisting of 2 Cornelius with 600
pound capacity and 2 Manitowoc’s with 700
pound capacity.
The Best Western Eureka Inn telephone system
is a Mitel SX 200 with call accounting and
the phones all have data ports. In addition,
the Best Western Eureka Inn has free high
speed internet throughout.
The Best
Western Eureka Inn’s commercial laundry is
extra large and is equipped with 2 UniMac 50
pound washing machines, one 100 pound dryer,
one 75 pound dryer and one 50 dryer. It has
a separate utility and maintenance building.

Western Eureka Inn is situated on
approximately 5 acres of flat and very
valuable land situated at the corner of US
Highway 62 and Arkansas Highway 23 with
ample auto and tour bus parking. It is
conveniently located to downtown Historic
Eureka Springs and the many popular Antique
Stores. It is close to shopping,
restaurants, gas stations and C Stores.
Popular Beaver Lake is a short distance
away.

corporate, bus tours, travel agencies, Best
Western reservations and state and federal
employees. Approximately 41% of Room revenue
is generated by tourists with corporate and
